Dahl Memorial is a quaint little 23 bed long term care facility
surrounded by Custer National Forest. Both skilled and intermediate care
is available to our residents. Dahl Memorial provides 24 hour services
including nursing (licensed R.N.'s, L.P.N's, and C.N.A.'s) dietary,
housekeeping, and laundry, activities, maintenance, and social services.
Our motto here is: "Residents don't live in our facility, we work in
their home." Our goal is to provide an environment of healing; a place
with a home-like atmosphere and to provide a sense of well being and
security.
We are proud to say that we are a 5-star rated Nursing Home and were
deficiency free on the State Survey!
